The first guy i talked too seemed busy doing something else and set the date for bell to come was a week cause he said i had to be there between 12 and 5 but i work... the next lady i talled too was great wish i could remember her name she got it for me the next day after i get home ill take her any day

Ive been waiting for awhile just under a month for my I pad Ive rung they keep telling me its on its way when I put in the tracking number it says its not right. They sent another tracking number and that comes up the same. Ive talked to them every day and get the same answer its coming mam this is not a scam. I even went Ti Hamilton twice to there offfice it said they where open but it was locked. Spoke to the shop keeper Nxt door they said they are hardly open. What do I do know. WHO can give me an answer

Teksavvy resolved my issue very quickly. There was a miscommunication between their agents and myself and one of the agent said and emailed that my refund was denied while in fact it was being processed. I will try them again in a few months

Hi all Teksavvy refunded me. There was a miscommunication apparently.

I got 3 explanations which is: their accounting dept was working on the refund. A refund chq was mailed but returned back bc my address was not properly entered. The agent who replied to me didn't do proper verification with accounting bf telling me my request was denied. But all is well.

I may give them another chance in a few months.

I also found out that Rogers held the lines and it was rogers technician who needs to come and release the line whereby the delay. Rogers would do anything to crush competition and I really dislike rogers.

They are expensive and too many hidden cost. I will try and lose rogers again in a few months.

They never gave me internet and refuse to refund me. I read some reviews and decided to give them a chance but I made a terrible mistake. They never made the internet connection on the day I wanted. After 4 days of waiting I was still without internet. They told me their agent didn’t take the modem number properly over the phone and I had to wait another week again. I said no I don’t want to and went with another provider who managed to send a technician that same day I called. So I never got any internet from techsavvy. When I asked for a refund on my prepaid amount of $115 on the day I cancelled, the sales rep said he would put in a request and I should get my cancellation cheque within a week. It’s been 3 weeks later and I never got anything and never heard back. I wrote them and email and a rep wrote back saying I am not getting any refund because there was something wrong with my modem and to contact a sale staff. This really pissed me off because they never gave me any internet and the modem I bought was brand new and according to their posted list on their website. Moreover, they have no technical support, useless manager. They only have sales staff which get you hooked but the company don’t deliver proper service or the goods afterwards. I have to wait hours before I can speak with someone and it’s been such a waste of my time and when you manage to get someone to speak with they toss you around like a ball so you end up waiting again on the phone and re-tilling your story again until you are so fed up of waiting that you give up. Stay away from them unless you have, time, money and patience to waste.

Teksavvy did a great job for me recently . All went perfect, line tech's showed up as promised on the right day.

My switch from another internet reseller went with out issue too. Logged into my modem and my internet was on !!

No issues here with Teksavvy and all went as promised and expected. To many bad news stories on the net, time to post good stories, here is mine.

They are great, but unfortunately they are relying on the Rogers lines. The internet is working perfect until you get a problem related to the lines.

In this case you can end up days without internet. It happened to me twice this year. First time I was disconnected for 8 days, the second time, after 3 days waiting I cancelled and went to Rogers. I couldn't afford long outages.

In my opinion, if you use the internet for home needs only, and it's not critical to loose it for a couple of days, it's a good solution.

If you use it for a business that depends on the internet, I wouldn't recommend TekSavvy.

I hope in the feature they will be able to have more power resolving the infrastructure issues. I will change my opinion in this case.
