I ordered a I pad for $500 told it was coming from Christchurch

Teksavvy resolved my issue very quickly. There was a miscommunication between their agents and myself and one of the agent said and emailed that my refund was denied while in fact it was being processed. I will try them again in a few months
Hi all Teksavvy refunded me. There was a miscommunication apparently.
I got 3 explanations which is: their accounting dept was working on the refund. A refund chq was mailed but returned back bc my address was not properly entered. The agent who replied to me didn't do proper verification with accounting bf telling me my request was denied. But all is well.
I may give them another chance in a few months.
I also found out that Rogers held the lines and it was rogers technician who needs to come and release the line whereby the delay. Rogers would do anything to crush competition and I really dislike rogers.
They are expensive and too many hidden cost. I will try and lose rogers again in a few months.

Teksavvy did a great job for me recently . All went perfect, line tech's showed up as promised on the right day.
My switch from another internet reseller went with out issue too. Logged into my modem and my internet was on !!
No issues here with Teksavvy and all went as promised and expected. To many bad news stories on the net, time to post good stories, here is mine.
I will also retry teksavy in a few months again.
They are great, but unfortunately they are relying on the Rogers lines. The internet is working perfect until you get a problem related to the lines.
In this case you can end up days without internet. It happened to me twice this year. First time I was disconnected for 8 days, the second time, after 3 days waiting I cancelled and went to Rogers. I couldn't afford long outages.
In my opinion, if you use the internet for home needs only, and it's not critical to loose it for a couple of days, it's a good solution.
If you use it for a business that depends on the internet, I wouldn't recommend TekSavvy.
I hope in the feature they will be able to have more power resolving the infrastructure issues. I will change my opinion in this case.
